Doors at First Parish of Norwell (24 West Street) open at 9:30 am. Check in here, pick up your tour booklet and a snack, and head out to the homes from there. Homes open at 10 am and close at 2 pm.
Step into history as Norwell’s antique homeowners invite the public inside for a tour. From wide-planked floorboards to one-of-a-kind craftsmanship, Norwell’s historic homes showcase alluring architecture, and within the walls of these homes are the stories that shaped the community. The tour includes 7 gorgeous historic homes plus The James Library and First Parish of Norwell. Tour starts at the Shopping Boutique at the First Parish of Norwell, 24 River Street, Norwell. Ticket holders will receive the tour booklet and map and can enjoy refreshments from food trucks while shopping. Proceeds benefit The James Library & Center for the Arts’ mission to inspire creativity, learning and an appreciation for the arts through music, visual and literary programs in a historic and welcoming space for the community. Co-sponsored by the Norwell Historical Society.
The tour runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
