Donna Wilson has served on the James Board for the past seven years, following her start as a volunteer nine years ago. A longtime member of First Parish Church, she has been connected to the James since 1976. A graduate of Simmons University and the Curry College MEd program, Donna’s career has included roles as a public school teacher, Director of Religious Education, and volunteer coordinator.

She currently teaches ESOL in the Talk Time program at the Thomas Crane Library. Passionate about books, history, and community, Donna shares, “Sitting in the James surrounded by books and architectural details has endeared me to its charms.”
