Beata Dragovics joined the James Board in 2026 and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and wealth management.

Originally from Hungary, Beata brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for strong, connected communities. In addition to serving on the Board of the James, she volunteers as a financial coach for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Patient Program and serves on the board of Seeding Labs. She lives in Norwell with her family and enjoys supporting the arts and community organizations that make the South Shore such a special place.

Beata was drawn to the James because of its unique and important role in bringing the community together through the arts, culture, education, and programming.
