John (Jack) Wallace joined the James Board in 2025, bringing more than 35 years of consulting experience, including the last decade focused solely on mission-driven organizations. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with expertise in strategic planning, executive mentoring, and organizational development.

Jack also serves in elected roles at two other Massachusetts nonprofits, reflecting his deep commitment to community service. A longtime South Shore resident and longtime supporter of the James. “I’ve been a visitor to the James for more than 20 years and know what a gem it is.”
