Join acclaimed flutist Donald Zook for an afternoon showcasing the beauty, versatility, and virtuosity of the flute. A longtime SSC teaching artist and professor of flute at Bridgewater State University, Zook made his solo debut at Chicago’s Orchestra Hall and has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout New England, New York, and the Midwest.

The program features solo works alongside Claude Bolling’s beloved Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano, performed with SSC Artistic Director and pianist Steve Bass—a delightful fusion of classical elegance and jazz-inspired rhythm.
